Orders that consist of products from more than one manufacturer/supplier may not qualify for free delivery; please call to discuss.
  • Item ordered at Appleyard Interiors / Thank you 
  • Manufacturing process commences / stock picked by our supplier
  • Item distributed to our furniture warehouse in Cheshire 
  • Upon receipt into our warehouse, you will receive an automated e-mail notifying receipt
  • We then e-mail and/or call with a proposed delivery date within 2–5 working days following receipt
  • Delivery date is confirmed. Please qualify any details around your delivery such as access and any if required additional services
  • On the day of delivery you will received a courteous 30 minute pre-call
  • A standard two-man delivery into the room of choice is executed and feedback form sent via e-mail to enable us to improve our services

Understanding our free delivery service

  • Our minimum order value for products purchased online is £300. If your order total is below £300 please call the office on 0161 639 0994 to discuss delivery options.
  • We deliver free of charge to the room of your choice on most orders above £300 within mainland UK.
  • Where orders total less than £300 (below our minimum order value), we may charge for delivery.
  • It is always free to collect from our Winsford warehouse, however should you require us to unwrap goods for inspection there is a standard £20 charge.

Our delivery terms & conditions

  • All delivery timescales disclosed on our website are approximate; the actual timeframe is dictated by our manufacturers at the time of order. Factors which affect timescales are workload of factories and/or existing stock levels
  • To assist us in delivering your new product please supply detailed information which could impact on successfully completing delivery. This should include if there are weight, height and/or parking restrictions, unadopted roads/paths or difficult access to the property, or if the property is an apartment or in a high-rise building. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied.
  • Any damage to fixtures and fittings i.e. décor, plasterwork, lamps, tables etc, the customer undertakes not to hold Appleyard Interiors ( or Sub-contractor responsible for any such damage should it occur. Such an action is undertaken solely on the individual customers own responsibility.
  • We (our delivery teams) do not make alterations to customers homes as part of our unpack and assembly service. This includes hanging and connecting light fittings, hanging mirrors or attaching any products to customers walls.
  • Goods delivered by Appleyard Interiors ( or by a third party contracted to undertake delivery on our behalf to you are delivered to the room of your choice where possible in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assembly services including beds, robes etc. Our service is for light assembly and we cannot guarantee alignment. Further adjustments may be required once products are settled in your home.
