Price Match Promise

As an established small family business, we understand the importance of value – we value the quality of our goods and most importantly we value our customers. As not to isolate us and our customers from the current price match culture, we have now introduced a commitment to our customers:

“We will never knowingly be beaten on price”

Should you find a price that beats ours online, we’ll be asking you for full details of the product, the competitor and their prices to substantiate your price match request.

For any quote given over the phone, we urge that you respect our wishes and keep all prices confidential. As a family business - first and foremost a retailer and past manufacturer – we wish to avoid entering into a haggling culture with our competitors.

All our prices include UK VAT but exclude delivery charges on items below the value of £400. Standard delivery charges for items under £400 is £40 – additional charges may be incurred should you want a premier service i.e. bed removal.

Our price-match promise is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Our price-match promise applies only to other Internet retailers that have the identical product in stock or immediately available and the product is priced correctly and accurately
• To price-match, we must be satisfied that the products in question are identical
• Prices are compared excluding delivery charges. Our price-match promise does not apply to delivery charges
• Our price-match promise is limited to listed countries and territories. We do not price-match Internet retailers that are based in or operate from outside the listed countries or territories.
• We only price-match prices or quotations of bona fide companies
• Our price-match promise does not apply to products on auction websites such as e-bay
• Any decision whether or not to price-match is at the discretion of Appleyard Interiors. We reserve the right to refuse any price-match request and under no circumstances do we have a legal obligation to price-match
