Delivery timescale is currently 2-4 weeks as all beds are made to order. Some items may be in stock for faster delivery so call 01925 748466 to enquire.
General delivery information:
- We deliver free of charge to the room of your choice on most orders above £400 within mainland UK.
- We reserve the right to make additional delivery charges inside ‘congestion zones’ and North of the M8 ‘corridor’.
- Where orders total less than £400 we charge £40 for delivery.

Guarantee
If a manufacturing defect occurs during the period more than 2 years but less than 10 years after you purchased your Millbrook bed, provided you have completed and returned to us a warranty registration form (which can be found attached to your Millbrook bed or on-line at www.millbrookbeds.co.uk) within the prescribed time limits, we will repair or replace your Millbrook bed (or the damaged part thereof) subject to you paying a pro-rata usage charge based on the period of time you have had it and its current cost or the repair cost.
The contribution you will be required to make will be as follows:-
- 2-3 years 20% (your contribution) 80% (our contribution)
- 3-4 years 40% (your contribution) 60% (our contribution)
- 4-5 years 60% (your contribution) 40% (our contribution)
- 5-6 years 80% (your contribution) 20% (our contribution)
- 6-7 years 85% (your contribution) 15% (our contribution)
- 7-8 years 90% (your contribution) 10% (our contribution)
- 8-9 years 95% (your contribution) 5% (our contribution)
- 9-10 years 98% (your contribution) 2% (our contribution)
PLEASE NOTE: BEDS ARE TESTED UP TO 18 ST. The guarantee is still valid over this weight, however, you must have a minimum of 2500+ springs in addition to a reinforced base. This is not necessary under 20 stone. Please advise upon purchasing your Millbrook whether you fall under this category.
