Morris Storm Light Wood Furniture

The Storm Light Wood Furniture is a new living and dining furniture range by Morris Furniture. Storm Light Wood Furniture was launched at Interiors 2012 which has traditionally taken place in the final week of January at the NEC in Birmingham.

The Morris Furniture Group has enjoyed a rich and successful history spanning 3 generations of the Morris family. Born in the late 1800’s Harris Morris steered the Morris Furniture Company through production for top hotels, cunard liners, thousands of cinema seats, cabinets for radios and Wurlitzer jukeboxes.

History of Morris reflects some of the highlights of the 20th century, from making furniture and fittings for the great Cunard ocean liners, constructing cases for the first wireless and juke boxes, to seating for cinemas, luxurious hotel chains and bedroom furniture fit for the Queen.

What ever time period, Morris Furniture has proved to be a valuable, flexible and consistent business. Showing the ablity to adjust and react not only to the current demands but having the foresight to develop new and innovative products for the years ahead.

As with other Morris Furniture ranges Storm Living & Dining Furniture is a collection which spans the living and dining area of your home. Two dining tables are available as sets with slat and roll back chair options to suit individual taste. As for the rest of the Morris Storm pieces they include; 2 door display, corner display, large sideboard, small sideboard, wall mirror, storage bookcase, audio unit, console table, lamp table, coffee table and nest of tables.

Each of the pieces within the New Storm living and dining furniture collection has been characterised by grooves and set in drawers and doors which accentuate a contemporary appearance.

Morris Furniture carefully selects raw materials for all of their furniture collections. Variations in grain or colour are part of the natural beauty of wood and over time the colours and shades will bend with the patina of age.
