About Verana

Verana from Wade is a collection of contemporary leather and upholstery sofas and chairs. Including "Leather Sofa of the Year 2008 - The Nexus". Verana models are available including free delivery to the room of your choice from Bedsite, the online trading name of Allen & Appleyard Ltd, Knutsford, Cheshire.

In addition to Verana we also stock sofas and chairs from Wade Upholstery and Bridgecraft Furniture.

NOTE:

1. When looking at the models please refer to the model specifications / line drawings to confirm the cushion configuration that the model comes with as standard. Additional scatter cushions are used for display purposes.

2. All fabric models shown are available in a wide variety of fabrics with 3 gradings; A, B and C. Prices do vary depending on fabric choice and Grade C is the most expensive.

Verana News

February 2009:

Following the successful showing at the NEC in January and Long Point in the Autumn the Verana range is changing. The future of the range is to have a mixture of contemporary leather and contemporary fabric models accompanied by occasional chairs including the Alpha, Gamma, Omega and Sigma and Swing.

The new sofa and suite ranges are the upholstery Largo, Miami & Trio and the leather Echo. All of these models are currently on display in the JDP showroom in Long Eaton and will be on display in our Knutsford showroom over the coming months. Of the discontinued models we are still able to supply the Avanti as seen for £1750 which has Motion in the 2 seater RHF (right hand facing) and a LHF (left hand facing) chaise. Whether the Echo will come to completely replace the Delta is still to be decided although this is a distinct possibility because of the flexibility of the range & less restrictive dimensions.

November 2008:

Verana will be launching additional models (which will be available in both fabric & leather) to complement the range. The Apollo, Avanti, Nimbus & Ravel have been discontinued although will continue to be available whilst stock last.

January 2008:

Verana was launched at Interiors 2008 at the NEC in Birmingham to great acclaim. The Nexus won the coveted "Leather Sofa of the Year" award. Verana by Wade Upholstery has established itself as a leader in contemporary lounge furniture.
