• We deliver free of charge to the room of your choice on all orders above £400 within mainland UK.
• Orders where products total less than £400 will incur a delivery charge of £40.
• We deliver to the whole of Europe.  Please contact our delivery team by email through our 'Contact Us' page should you wish to place an order to a location not on mainland UK.
• We reserve the right to make additional delivery charges inside ‘congestion zones’ and North of the M8 ‘corridor’.
• Goods delivered by Bedsite.co.uk or by a third party contracted to undertake delivery on our behalf to you are delivered to the room of your choice.
• If any damage to fixtures and fittings i.e. décor, plasterwork, lamps, tables etc, the customer undertakes not to hold Bedsite.co.uk or Sub-contractor responsible for any such damage should it occur. Such an action is undertaken solely on the individual customers own responsibility.
• We cannot remove old beds or mattresses to conform with Health and Safety regulations, for our personnel and Trading Standards contamination guidelines of the use of the delivery vehicle.

Please Note: To assist us in delivering your new product please supply detailed information which could impact on successfully completing delivery.  Including if there are weight, height and/or parking restrictions, unadopted roads/paths or difficult access to the property, or if the property is an apartment or in a high-rise building. (Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied)
