General Delivery Guidance

• All delivery timescales are approximate.
• Please note that we seek to deliver as quickly as possible although we cannot be held to time on items made to customers specifications because we are entirely dependent upon manufacturing timescales
• To assist us in delivering your new product please supply detailed information which could impact on successfully completing delivery. This should include if there are weight, height and/or parking restrictions, unadopted roads/paths or difficult access to the property, or if the property is an apartment or in a high-rise building. Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery and a delivery charge being levied.
• Any damage to fixtures and fittings i.e. décor, plasterwork, lamps, tables etc, the customer undertakes not to hold Appleyard Interiors (Bedsite.co.uk) or Sub-contractor responsible for any such damage should it occur. Such an action is undertaken solely on the individual customers own responsibility.

Non next day delivery items

• We deliver free of charge to the room of your choice on most orders above £400 within mainland UK.
• We reserve the right to make additional delivery charges inside ‘congestion zones’ and North of the M8 ‘corridor’. 
• Where orders total less than £400 we charge £40 for delivery. 
• Goods delivered by Appleyard Interiors (Bedsite.co.uk) or by a third party contracted to undertake delivery on our behalf to you are delivered to the room of your choice.

UK Offshore Deliveries

• We do have logistics teams able to deliver to offshore UK Islands. Should you require this service, please call us on 01925 748 466 to discuss delivery costs. Note: cost of delivery varies depending upon cubic capacity and weight. 
  
• UK Offshore locations include the following: NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, CHANNEL ISLANDS including THE SCILLY ISLES, JERSEY, GUERNSEY and ISLE OF WIGHT, SCOTTISH ISLANDS, NORTHERN SCOTLAND.
  
  

European Deliveries

• Our free delivery on items are for UK Mainland Orders Only
• We deliver our beds, sofas and furniture to the whole of Europe. Charges for European delivery vary depending upon cubic capacity and weight.
